The Water Board’s plan would cripple our communities, devastate our economies, destroy our jobs, ruin our farms. Experts from many disciplines say the proposed order will not restore the rivers, help endangered fish or improve the environment. It is based on false assumptions contrary to scientific facts.

The Water Board won’t stop here. It has already announced its intent to increase flows from the Sacramento River and its tributaries to the sea, grabbing more of our state’s biggest source of water. All California is at risk.

Unless we stop them, the Water Board will leave Californians without enough water for drinking and bathing, growing food, or sustaining our rural way of life. Permanent water rationing is our future under the Water Board’s plan.

Only our voices at the Hearings may make Sacramento listen and change the Water Board’s course.
